Deliveries & Shipments

To cancel a delivery order, please reach out to our online support team via email at willcall@wipi.com as soon as possible. For quick delivery orders, you may cancel within 1 hour of placing the order. For Same-Day delivery orders, cancellation is possible within 15 minutes of order placement. Once an order has shipped and is en-route for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you can still return unwanted items according to our return policy.
